In a bid to lure more Nigerian customers to experience its unique luxury lifestyle hotel service offerings, ARMANI Hotel, Dubai – a Giorgio Armani signature hotel recently hosted some of its existing and prospective customers to an exclusive cocktail event held at the Wheatbakers Hotel, Ikoyi Lagos.
The event which was organized in partnership with Quantum Travels Limited – one of Nigeria’s leading travels management consultants was well attended by high net worth individuals, top business executives and celebrities.
Speaking during the event, the Sales Manager, Armani Hotel Dubai, Mr. Ahmed Benhlal disclosed that Armani Hotel-Dubai is the first range of hotels designed by Giorgio Armani in collaboration with leading property developer, Emaar Properties located at Burj Khalifa – the world’s tallest building offering guests an unprecedented choice for luxurious indulgence in elegant settings.
Benhlal revealed that ARMANI Hotel features 160 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and a choice of five world class restaurants, three of which are Armani signature restaurants (Amal, which is Indian; Ristorante, Italian and Hashi, Japanese) all in a beautiful combination of luxury and fashion, as one would expect of an ‘Armani’ residence. The hotel operates a flexible service policy combination that allows her to satisfy customers in a personalized and unique way.

Further explaining on the unique and personalized customer service offering at Armani Hotel, Benhlal stated that unlike regular hotels where customers are required to pay for selected treatments at the Spa individually, at Armani Hotels the guest does not buy a particular treatment but buys time. “If he chooses to pay for a 90-minute treatment, we will provide a customized treatment adapted to his unique needs (i.e. during the 90 minutes, he can choose to do a 60-minutes body massage and a 30-minutes facial massage), it’s all about personalized service” he said.
Armani Hotel shall continue to satisfy its customers in more ways than one as it promised to expand its current cuisine offerings beyond Continental and Indian cuisines to include Nigerian Cuisines so as to improve the efficiency of customer service to Nigerians.
