Dana Customer Service Agents Wins 2017 Outstanding Female Ticketing Executive Award

About eight of Dana Air Customer Service Agents across its Lagos, Abuja, Uyo and Owerri stations have won the 2017 Outstanding Female Ticketing Executive Awards, at the annual conference of Women in Aviation held recently in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The highlights of this year’s conference with the theme: I am WAI NIGERIA –CONNECT! ENGAGE! INSPIRE! was the presentation of different categories of awards to persons who have distinguished themselves in the society, especially those whose passion for excellence have contributed immensely to taking their organization to enviable position, and in recognition of these qualities, 8 of Dana Air’s customer service agents: Temitope Abolarin, Precious Aneke, Mercy Okola, Nelly Diden, Nkeiruka Anyaegbuna, Okon Udeme, Esther Awotoye, and Ozioma Unanka –joy were awarded.

Speaking on behalf of the other Dana Air awardees, Nelly Diden, Customer Service Lead Agent said, ‘’we are proud of this award and the fact that we have been recognized as good ambassadors of Dana Air. This shows that people actually watch and appreciate the way we attend to our customers and we will not rest on these laurels, but continue to be the best that we can to make Dana Air proud of its investment in training.

”We thank the Women in Aviation Nigeria chapter for this award and the management of Dana Air for engendering a work atmosphere that encourages creativity.’’

Recipient of numerous awards for service excellence, Dana Air recently celebrated its 9th anniversary and consummated it with the receipt of its membership certificate of the International Air Transport Association (IATA)

The airline is reputed for its world-class in-flight and customer service, Innovative online products and unrivaled on-time performance
