Dunoma spent all his working years in FAAN and rise to Director of Operations and later was appointed the Managing Director. when had had put the maximum 35 years he resigned while still the Managing Director, which is considered largely as political appointment.

By working as Director of Operations since 2017, it is expected that Yadudu has garnered enough experience to drive the agency forward.

His appointment came at a time the federal government has strongly started looking at Public, Private Partnership (PPP) as a way of developing and modernising airport infrastructure, a policy that is being acutely resisted by labour.
