CEO Calls For Aviation, Economic Development In West Africa
Overland Airways, Nigeria’s frontline scheduled and charter airline, will launch flight services from Lagos to Cotonou, Republic of Benin and Lome, Togo Republic, starting from August 12, 2018.
The Lagos-Cotonou-Lome flights will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. The flights will depart Lagos at 19:00, arrive Cotonou at 19:25, and depart Cotonou at 20:00 to arrive Lome at 20:30. Also, flights will depart Lome at 21:00 to arrive in Lagos at 21:45.
The commencement of regional scheduled flight services marks the take-off of Overland Airways’ drive to participate actively in regional socio-economic activities and integration. West Africa is our territory and 12th August marks the beginning of domestic West Africa operations.
Overland Airways in 2017 marked the 15th Anniversary of its dedicated flight services in Nigeria. The airline began operations in 2002, and to-date is the most consistent, longest-serving Nigerian airline providing excellent uninterrupted scheduled flight services in Nigeria.
Overland Airways operates to various routes in Nigeria including Lagos, Abuja, Asaba, Jalingo, Akure, Ibadan and Ilorin.
